How do I create an account?

Download ChoiceGPT from the App Store, open the app, and follow the on-screen prompts to sign up with your email address or Apple ID.

Is ChoiceGPT free to use?

Yes! ChoiceGPT offers a free tier with access to basic features including the Spin Wheel, Coin Flip, Random Number Generator, Finger Roulette, and 3 AI decisions per day. Premium features are available through a subscription with a free trial.

AI Decision Assistant

How does the AI decision feature work?

Simply describe your decision or dilemma, add any relevant context, and our AI will analyze your situation to provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations. You can also attach images or files to give the AI more context.

Is my data private when using the AI feature?

Yes. Your decision queries are processed securely, and we do not sell your personal decision data to third parties. You can delete your decision history at any time through the app settings. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Premium & Subscriptions

What's included in Premium?

Premium subscribers get unlimited AI decisions, image and file analysis, complete decision history, priority support, access to all premium tools, and an ad-free experience.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find ChoiceGPT and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of ChoiceGPT installed
  2. Restart the app by closing it completely and reopening
  3. Restart your device
  4. If the issue persists, contact us with details about your device and iOS version

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app, then tap "Delete Account." You can also email us at adewaled03@gmail.com to request account deletion.

How do I export my data?

Contact our support team at adewaled03@gmail.com to request a copy of your data.
